4/12/13 - I forgot the ref sheet so it's up now.
Due to the recent project design thing I had on my page, I've cancled the previous contest but.... prizes are still the same for this new one. Except there will be only two winners. One for each category
THEME: Design a princess/Queen gown for my Sailor Sun.
So at first, we are heading back to the Silver Millenium where all planets were united in harmony. There was a kingdom on the sun...... well technicly close to it but the kingdom was surrounded by a barrier. There lived a princess of the sun called Katia (That is sailor Sun)
And later on in the Crystal Millenium, Katie becomes queen with Phoebus by her side.
